İ installed vtrl bc ı had 10 fps on minecraft and my gpu usage was at 5 % ı changed some settibgs and ı restarted my laptop then ı coukdnt connect to internet and this thing happened ı tried the recovery point file thing but in the file it said backup failed do i have to reinstall windows?
