Laptop has multiple problems after factory reset

I recently had my laptop get a factory reset since it was lagging. I had it on Windows 11 before and for some reason the guy who I had do the factory reset changed it to Windows 10 Pro. And it also says that my laptop is now “part of an organization”. I also tried to turn on my camera in a Google Meet call once and chrome just kept crashing when I tried. And whenever I click something sometimes the screen just randomly glitches out and goes black. And I also tried running some games on it, mainly; Team Fortress 2, Hearts of Iron 4, Crusader kings 2, Poly bridge 2, TABS, and some old console emulators. Weirdly enough Poly bridge 2 and the emulators were able to run fine enough. But the other games wouldn’t. TF2 is weird since I can go into the game and I can try loading into a match but it will either stay in the loading screen or just crash. I don’t think it’s a problem with the hardware since it could run these games before I had it reset. Does anyone know what my problem is? It’d be really great if someone could tell me. Thanks!
