I’m a mess! Need cable management help.

As the title says I’m in a mess rn and it’s frustrating me. So in the photo you can see my desk has no underneath to put cables under so I’m wondering what products could I use and how would I do it so the cables look nice and neat and not cluttered. I want a nice space to look professional while I waste my time with Star Wars outlaws 😂
