Pc freezing on tabbing out since downloading the patch

Since i downloaded the patch, if i alt tab out of the game and then back, everything freezes and it needs a power reset. Only the windows button works but cannot click anything. Anyone else facing this issue? I have a Lenovo LOQ with ryzen 7 7840HS and rtx4060.
