Anyone knows why they aren't shipping physical items to certain countries?

I'm a huge fan from Brazil and was really excited to see the PoE2 artbook, but unfortunately the website says that it can't be shipped to my country

I have reached to support and they said "unfortunately we are unable to speculate on the reasons for this"

That really bummed me out, this was the first time since I've started playing that I actually have a decent income and was willing to buy the biggest supporter pack, but more specifically I really wanted the artbook! And yes I was fully willing to pay the absurd shipping and tariffs costs

Anyways, mostly a rant, just throwing it out there in case anyone knows a solution
