Brick map mods for RF Chief

I'm trying to run as many 8 mod maps as I can but it seems like about 50% of them have No regen or reduced recovery mods which I cannot run. This also prevents me from using Sacarbs of risk which would help a lot. Is there a way to mitigate these mods for a RF chieftan build? I'm already built very tanky but this NO regen stuff kills me în a couple of seconds.
