Does family link stop at 18?

Hi guys. I'm turning 18 in a month and have had google family link since I was 13. My google account is set to my real age and will be 18 soon. Does it automatically stop supervision or do I have to talk to my parents about it? Cause my dad said he's not stopping until I start college in the fall 💀
