I hide in the bathroom now

Im usually a very hard working and loving para since I started. Pouring my heart out into these kids with so much love and anticipating their needs but since working with this teacher I've become disheartened. She doesn't care about these kids she just cares about how she looks and it's such bs. What happened to caring about the kids? No time out for kids pulling bad behavior and hitting their peers. No structure nada. I can't wait to leave this job. The school system is a joke.
