What was your Bonus

I’m curious what people are getting for a bonus. Mine was the lowest I’ve ever got at a firm even when I had worked there for a shorter time period. It’s lower than my hourly rate as a paralegal. I got $135 but with taxes and benefit payments it was $44. I’m also getting asked every day to chip in for this or that not even all charity related. For gift cards to higher ups or throwing the lawyers a party. I’m just curious how it is at other firms I have never experienced this before.
