SSL inspection/decryption stop internet

Got an interesting one.

Spun up a new firewall. I configured SSL decryption as I have done in the past on 9.1.x . When decryption profile is enabled, no web pages are rendered on the end point. The end point still has WAN connectivity. Turning off SSL decryption all web pages render.

I have engaged Palo support but am stuck in lets try this and that. We created another certificate so far.
