Managing Customer service job with Coding

Hey there ! I'm 22M earning 150k through Online job in customer service/ property management domain.

As my sister has 10+ years experience in it so I have tons of advantage to excel . And I can easily excel to the level of team lead role with 200k to 300k salary in PKR. After that I can only try the commission based model via marketing, SEO or building an agency.

Now my question is should I go for PHARM D, excel on this job ,do double online jobs ,save money & go for abroad ( as no future of pharmacists in Pakistan) Or should I go for Computer Science, as it has comparably easy route,excel on this job while also develop programming skills side by side and opt for programming as a main career & then keep what's in my luck whether staying Pakistan ( with good earnings) or opting for masters abroad?

Is coding that manageable if I spent 2-3 hours outside my 8 hours job on coding will it be suffice for me to excel as a programmer too?
