Help me decide fella bikers

I'm looking for upgrading from my cd70 and have narrrowed down to two options Yamaha Ybz 125 dx Suzuki GS 150 Se I guess I'll have to buy down models like 2020 ~2022 Which bike is better and why 2ndly what things i must look at before buying a used bike
