Eddie Gluskin is not a scary variant at all
(Bro why is he exactly like Slappy from Goosebumps)
I just finished replaying the Outlast DLC: "WhistleBlower" and absolutely loved it! The chase scenes were amazing, the map was creative and I loved Eddie Gluskin's part a lot, the bodies hanging on the ceiling were amazing!
buuut...I felt a bit disappointed, I was really excited to play the dlc because of how "scary" people said Eddie Gluskin was and how terrifying the whole section felt, but honestly, I felt no chills in any of his scenes. I mean, the places he roams are all small and very easy to escape, he doesn't run and just slowly walks in your direction, the torture part was ok but I think it could've been more intense and the stuff he says just makes it a bit less tense than the scenes could've been, also, his design is not scary and reminds me of Slappy from goosebumps lol.
Is it just me who doesn't find Eddie Gluskin scary? Did I miss something about the lore or is it just not my type of horror?
Sorry for bad english btw!!
