Is this game too graphically intensive?

I've started playing this game and its great, the issue I have is that when I do anything ingame the temperature of my graphics card rises a lot and the fans start to spin extremely loud. I have RX580 with i7 4790 running the game at low settings 1080p. This doesn't happen for pretty much any other game.
