Ditching the smartwatch.. Best way to track workouts without the Oura ring?
Hello. I'm looking to ditch my smartwatch and switch to Oura Ring for daily use and an HRM chest or wrist strap for workouts. I have no interest in wearing the Oura ring during workouts. What's the best way to track workouts with a chest strap and get that data into the Oura app so it considers workout data for recovery? I've never used Strava but it looks to be a viable option.
