Convince me to keep my gen 4 ring?
Essentially what the title says. I’ve had my ring for about three weeks now.
I’m a mid-twenties female in generally healthy shape, with average activity levels (dislike how I have to take off the ring for tennis), decent sleep, but very busy work/life schedule. I am now used to wearing the ring day to day (except hate when I take it off to wash my hands, or wash dishes etc. and then get stressed about misplacing it/losing it), but honestly after the initial excitement during the first week, I’m having trouble seeing what the benefits of having the ring are.
Maybe I haven’t had the chance to fully dive deep into the stats on the app? Or I don’t have enough ideas on how to better optimize my sleep routine or activity levels?
I am open to any and all suggestions/ideas as to what I can try in the upcoming week to better decide if this ring is worth keeping or not. Thank you!
