Country of residence and geolocked features

I got this prompt asking for my country of residence. I don’t think I’ve come across this prompt before. The explanation is that not all features will be available everywhere.

I’m not aware of current features that are only available in specific locations. Did I miss something? Are we aware of upcoming features that might be geolocked?
