Picking up at Best Buy

Anyone else having trouble ordering the oura ring 4 and setting the option for pickup at Best Buy? It’s only letting me ship it to my house

Edit: Should clarify that I was trying to order off the oura website. When ordering the 3rd generation, it allowed me to set pickup to Best Buy. Just not for the version 4 yet
