How often do you take classes?
I (24F) just started going to OT this month and I have the unlimited pass for the first month to see how often I would realistically go. I really enjoy it! I’ve never really worked out before so I find it super helpful. I‘ve been taking a class everyday for the past 5 days and I am SO sore. Since I’m new to OT and working out in general I was wondering what the is the best way to spread out my classes to give my body time to recover. Should I go every other day? 3 times a week? I don’t want to end up hurting myself since I am new to working out in general.
