My right testicles is way bigger than left(like twice the size of left) – no pain, but should I be worried?
I've noticed that one of my testicles is significantly larger than the other – like, it's over twice the size of the smaller one. There's no pain or lumps, and it feels hard I mean both are hard (not very hard or weirdly shaped). I’m not sure how long it’s been like this, but I’m starting to get concerned.
For context:
- It’s not painful.
- No lumps or weird hardness.
- It’s just really big compared to the other.
Is this normal, or should I see a doctor? Could it be something like a hydrocele or something more serious like cancer? Looking for advice or personal experiences. Thanks in advance!"
