OnePlus 13R seems like a no-brainer

Was just fiddling around with the OnePlus site, regretting my purchase of a OnePlus 13 a bit. I noticed that the trade in amounts that OnePlus offers for the OnePlus 11 and the OnePlus 11R are the exact same. Meaning that if everything stayed the same, you could buy a OnePlus 13R and upgrade to the OnePlus 15R for roughly $120 2 years from now, whereas an upgrade from the OP13 to the OP15 would cost roughly $475. Or upgrade for free if you chose to sell whatever free gift they gave you with the purchase.

That has me severely questioning if I need the OnePlus 13 and its improvements over the OnePlus 13R.

Edit: Just nabbed a 13R and a Watch 2R for $440 shipped, somehow I still got to use my pre-order bonus even though I canceled that order days ago, so huzzah. Plan is to sell the Watch 2R for as much as I can get and then pick up a cheap OP Watch 2 as everyone unloads them on ebay/marketplace for peanuts. Also gonna see if I can sell the OP13 over the next few days for roughly what I paid for it, which would mean i get to keep a free set of earbuds 3.
