Taxes

I just received a letter from the Oklahoma Tax Commission stating that I owe state taxes from 2018-2022. I literally just moved here last year in 2023 and filed for the partial year. Has anyone else had this happen? How did you resolve it? I'm sure I need to look up their contact information separately in case the letter is a scam with a fake number. But assuming it's real.... What on earth???
