Why was he called Harrison?

He's not Harry's son, he should have been called Dexterson or Ritason or even Harrygrandson. I would even accept him changing his name when he was in Argentina to Hannahson.

I'm also confused why he allowed Dexter to name him Harrison. He could have used Morgan Blast to counteract this.
