Would my bf purposely ignoring me when i sneeze be considered negging?

He only does it when we’re on the phone or FaceTime. But not in person. Every time I pointed out, he says that he didn’t hear me even though there’s nothing wrong with either of our Internet connection or of the signal and he can hear the cat chirping, but he can’t hear me sneezing? WTF
