Item keeps getting removed

Hello, my item (changing table) keeps getting removed. I have only posted 3 things this month and the reason they say it’s removed is because after 200 free postings you need to pay. I have literally posted 15 items since 2018 total! Every time I post it gets removed instantly- is this a scam to get me to sign up for premium?t
