Your favorite lore friendly mods?

I use nexus for modding Oblivion, (seems to only work right if you subscribe) LOL. I use better cities and unique landscapes, I want to kinda overhaul interior/exterior lighting. I also want to add some retextures to especially weapons and armor? I’d appreciate any recommendations!!
