FET collection points and opening hours?

I can't seem to find any up-to-date information on the FET collection points. I know there's vending machines now but I went to the UTown one earlier and they were completely out of stock. Last semester I went to the UTown collection point (next to the rock wall) to get mine but I can't find the opening hours/days anywhere. The most "recent" circular I can find with any information about the collection points is from 9 August 2021 that says it's only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays "till further notice". I'm going to school on Wednesday afternoon, will it be open then? Otherwise, what other places can I get it? Preferably around UTown. Thanks!
