What are the most elusive nursing niches?

I’m currently an RN student, and every time I meet a seasoned nurse at one of my clinicals they tell me about a gig I’ve never heard of before. Some aren’t too crazy, but just something the regular person wouldn’t consider; for example a cruise ship nurse. Other more extreme examples I’ve heard are off shore oil rig nurses- apparently making big bucks out in the middle of nowhere.

Tell me about the most unusual nursing positions you know/have heard of- whether good or bad!
