Centreville High?

Hi, I just moved to Nova and have been looking at homes based on High schools and shops. It seems as though , neighborhoods close to my budget is either Centreville or Fairfax High.

And to my Question: is there a specific reason why there are large population of Koreans in Centreville high? I am Korean myself and have been wondering but not much friends here to gain information.
Any information would help. Thanx
