Recommended Builders for Higher End Homes

Starting to probe into construction costs to build a higher end long term home in North Bay area. We have already spoken with Degange and enjoyed our interactions so far but we’re wondering if anyone has any other recommendations on companies or contractors.

Ideally want a builder that won’t nickel and dime us along the way and can help make everything as stress free as possible. House would be 3000-4000 sqft of livable space. Premium finishes and quality construction with great insulation and some mechanical engineering for heated floors and some other modern features.

Would value a one stop shop where everything can be handled easily without needing to always go get bids from sub contractors and what not.
