Suggestion Needed for a Place for 30 minutes.

I've to be there in office for a day and I'll be reaching Noida at 7-7:30 AM. I am looking for a place to take shower and leave for office immediately. Spending 1-1.5k on hotel feel unreasonable. Is there any place cheap where I can get ready?
