The Platform 2's ending sucks

I didn't like the ending not because it's confusing or anything, but because it's basically just a repeat of the first one. And the final twist that the first protag knows the new protag is just pointless. Oh they knew each other? Who the fuck cares.

However I liked the fact that despite the chaos and hell above, there are many who choses to save a child and sacrifice themselves.
