Cleaning under nails, without damaging the nail bed?
How do you guys go about cleaning under your nails? I really want to grow out my nailbeds, and I hear you shouldn’t scrape under the nails if you want the nailbed to reattach (is that true?). Unfortunately, I tend to get dirt and debris stuck under the nails, usually right by the nailbed. I’ve been scraping it out with my other nails when washing, but it leaves thin discolored patches. What are your best practices for cleaning your nails?
