One I’ve never seen before. Help with ID?

Found on June 7, 2023, near Minneapolis, Minnesota. Flat, no more than 5-6cm tall, about 25cm across at the widest. Salmon, spongy looking surface that was dusty when poked with a stick. Dark red jelly-like oozing from the top. Located in mulch under decorative shrubs with no other examples nearby. No noticeable smell.
