Songs across any genre about abuse and victim complex.

I need songs from any genre, I’m big on metal, country, alternative, and like alternative rap, anywho… I need songs about abuse, specifically mental, verbal and emotional. I also need songs about healing from trauma; as well as songs about abusers playing the victim. I’m tryna heal without therapy cuz I just can’t find a therapist rn. I’m stuck in an awful trauma loop cuz this year has been absolute shit for me and I need music to scream and cry to while I do my journal prompts.
