Which is the most depressing area (apart from slums) to live in Mumbai and why?

Edit : (forgot to write before) I've been house hunting and the real estate market right now (maybe always) is just fucking nuts. I recently saw a flat in Yari road and the washroom there was almost non existent. No place to sit and take a bath. Literally none. One might have to sit on the pot to wash themselves properly. The asking price was 55k a month for that 2bhk. Which was pretty depressing. Very small rooms but the broker was trying to sell saying there's a balcony (i was like... gand me dalu balcony?)

Also, being a person in the creative field I find corporate parks pretty dystopian and depressing. All the people in their formala wearing their ID cards around their neck, following commands (not exactly rules).

Which made me ask this, just wanted to know which area people find depressing and why.
