Dog menace at the hanging garden!

My morning cycling route goes through the hanging garden and this was the third day in a row when 6-8 dogs chased me near hanging garden. I am not afraid of dogs in general but it’s frightening when they chase after me while riding

I have been going through alot lately and I almost at the verge of a mental breakdown. I found solace in sitting there all alone listening to the chirping of birds but I guess I’ll have to stop and look for some other place to do that.

Can anything be done regarding this? I am afraid to tweet because god knows what the authorities will do to the dogs if the tweet caught any traction.
