How screwed am I??

So, I had a Mt Gox account back in Jan 2013. I bought 10 bitcoin around the time it was like $13 each.

Long story short, I had forgotten about this until recently. I’m just now learning about the rehabilitation. Am I too late to the party? Anyway I can sign up and try to get my coins back?
