Moza reliability & customer support
My experience with Moza has been horrible, in the future I'm definitely never buying from there again,
firstly I have issues with only my ES steering wheel disconnecting and registering 2 buttons I'm not pressing while refusing to register any other input, they tell me to fix something called a wheel base slip wire on my own, okay, asked if I can return the wheelbase instead as it's under warranty because I got it 4 weeks ago.
No response.
Not even a week after that, I'm hearing parts flying in my KS steering wheel which is also newer than a month.
Contacted support for that, no response yet because it has been 5 hours, for that I don't blame them ofcourse.
In the Discord server I asked about the ES wheel disconnecting, I get reccomended to switch to older software, doesn't help. I ask again referring to my old question, They want me to make an error report in the Pit house software so I proceed to make it, after that they tell me I need an error ID, which I couldn't find. I ask how I can find that ID from my report and I get ignored.
I asked my reseller if I can return everything and I'm waiting for a response to that,
Safe to say I'm fairly disappointed.
