Most approachable Coen brothers movies?

I recently watched both “No Country for Old Men” and “The Big Lebowski” - both of which I didn’t enjoy too much (yes I know). There are other Coen brothers movies that I’m interested in seeing due to the cast, plot, etc. but don’t want to waste 2+ hours watching them if I’m going to feel the same way I did with the previous two. Does anybody have recommendations for Coen brothers movies that are more approachable for an “average” moviegoer?
