Can't Barbell squat/Deadlift

Can't barbell squat no matter what

Basically no matter what I have some sort of nerve/hip/ whatever issue that serious hinders my squat and certain leg movements even at the start of my lifting career I've been plagued with a issue where some point it's basically impossible to hit legs without pain or extreme discomfort, for whatever I literally can't squat anymore, I hit 300 the first time over 2 years ago with ease at 140lbs WHILE SICK, fast forward a year from then I had to stop due to said issue and also just plateauing, I started again last spring and got up to 365 @ 160, now I'm enhanced and going above 275 is like a death sentence, my technique is solid I've practiced depth etc, the only thing that seems to help is using heel elevaters but can't stand using them because the slightest off movement shifts them out which isn't ideal when holding 90%1rm on my back. Smith squats I can find mostly just not to heavy load. This whatever it is also greatly affects my rdl/deadlift, I used to be able to pull 3x bw (445 conventional raw natural at 150lbs was best lift by far) even when I was 17 and new to the gym 315 was lightweight, I'm now at the point where even though I always enjoyed those lifts I have to walk away from them. I'm tempted to try bpc157/tb500 to see what that does and also to fix a ongoing unrelated issues but also drastic therapy any ideas what this could be? I've narrowed it down to either or a mix of bad anterior pelvic tilt, Hip impingement, Sciatica, Piricormis syndrome

And for more context back and legs used to be my favorite things to train because of how well I was at them and now basically being a vegetable at these lifts is saf
