Need help starting and promoting a mod and how to get users and an experienced moderator to help.

I started setting up a new subreddit. And some of the settings I'm unsure of. I've been on Reddit for a number of years but I've never set up my own subreddit. Some assistance would be appreciated. The subreddit is r/AI_SearchOptimization

I set it up on Android not sure how that trouble went though.
