Out of the way, hole in the wall destination restaurants or bars

It's cold and this weekend's forecast isn't looking great for outdoor activities. Are there any good destination dining establishments within two hours of the Twin Cities? Supper Clubs or unique bars? I'm looking to go for a drive and explore restaurants outside of the metro area for once.
