Don’t know what to do anymore! Tension/migraine headache for the last 10 months straight.

24/7 Headache and other symptoms in the past 10 months. Never had headaches till last year. So never had headache for 40+ years. I still go to work and exercise but its not fun anymore. I am losing hope. Amitriptyline didnt help now taking metoprolol for almost two months.

Any advice how to deal with this life. I feel trap.
