What do you eat for protein?
I’m on disability for migraine- get them almost every day, and strictly avoid common food triggers.
I’m so limited with protein options. I’ve been relying on chicken nuggets for years as my only source of protein, but it recently tried lactose free milk that works for me! Still miss other meats.
What do you guys eat for protein? Does it ever trigger a migraine, or act as a catalyst for the migraine that was already on its way?
The thing that bums me out is that fresh cuts of unprocessed meats are supposed to be good, but I am mortified by handling raw meat.
Ground beef? I can handle that. But cuts of meat just gross me out and make me not want to eat them haha. Will consider it if anyone can recommend any simple and easy recipes that involve them!
