Cold feeling in face and head

I have struggled with migraines off and on since I was very young. I am now 26 and do not get as many as I used to (mostly by knowing my triggers and avoiding them) but I still get about 1 per month. However I'm not sure if I would categorize what I'm currently experiencing as a migraine. For about a month I’ve had a very strange cold sensation in my face that has come and gone and it’s starting to get scary, especially because I cannot seem to find ANYONE who has experienced this, and because it just won't go away. My forehead feels cold, as if theres an ice block right behind it. But it is not cold to the touch. And when I eat cold things or have a cold drink it makes it 10x worse. But there is no “pain” although it gives me a ton of anxiety and is not exactly comfortable lol.

Has anyone at all experienced this? If so were you able to make it stop?
