Newbie here - can I use my desktop office apps under a different email with 365 Basic?

Hi everyone, though I am a longtime Microsoft Office user, I am less familiar with the Microsoft 365 services.

I already have the desktop apps and they are activated with a key under “Email A”. My question is: if I sign up for Microsoft 365 Business Basic, can I continue to use the desktop apps under Email A? My Microsoft 365 business basic would be under Email B. Thanks in advance.
