Is she foxtailing?

Hi guys, I am growing autoflower purple haze and I am not sure if she js foxtailing due to heat from the lamp or not. Also, some lower buds have developed brown trichomes already, whilst the bigger buds are definitely not there yet. These lower buds are also really weak, no ice and droopy leaves. Should I cut them off or leave them?
