Artist regretting creating a piece

Hey guys, I made an artwork last night that I’m regretting emotionally and I wanted to know if anyone else is an artist, has done this and what they do about it, or if anyone else has any general advice. It dealt with my grandfather who was abusive and I used his signature from a note, a small male train person figurine thing and several of my baby/toddler pictures. It’s a situation that involves other people more than me and I’m feeling bad about it, not wanting to commemorate it in any way. When I first started I felt good about it but when it was done I regretted it. Most of the pictures can be removed but one of them is set in resin with the signature and it’s making me sad. On the whole, the piece is not blatantly negative towards my grandfather or explicit in any way so theres a smaller chance of it being offensive to anyone in my family. You would probably have to know what happened to deduce that it could be negative at all. But I don’t really want to show anyone and I don’t know what to do with it now. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. Thanks 🫶
