now I look at the labels of foods to make sure they’re not filled with them and am trying to follow a whole food md diet but I see in there is an acidity regulator and stabilisers in beans, cheese and tinned tomatoes, as well as, a preservative in dried fruits, now, should I just continue to eat them cus they are whole foods but it’s just a shame they add those or try my best to buy organic if I can? thank you
